When you submit an appointment request or contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, preferred appointment date and time, selected treatment and any message you write. During treatment we also record clinical information such as dental history, medications, allergies, x-rays and clinical photographs.
Website enquiries are used only to contact you about your request, confirm appointments, send reminders and answer your questions. Clinical records are used to plan and deliver your treatment, meet our professional record-keeping obligations and, where relevant, process insurance claims you have asked us to submit.
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only where necessary: with your insurer when you ask us to bill or claim, with a specialist or laboratory involved in your treatment, or where we are legally required to disclose it to a health authority. Anyone we share information with is bound by confidentiality obligations.
Patient records are held in access-controlled systems, and paper records are stored in locked cabinets at the clinic. Access is limited to the clinical and reception team members who need it for your care. Clinical records are retained for the period required by local healthcare regulations, after which they are securely destroyed.
This website uses only the cookies necessary to load pages correctly and remember the preferences you set during your visit. We do not use advertising cookies or sell website usage data. Embedded Google Maps content on our contact page is loaded from Google and is subject to Google's own privacy terms.
For patients under 18, appointment requests and clinical decisions are handled with a parent or legal guardian. Guardians may review the information we hold about their child and update it at any time.
You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate details, ask us to stop sending appointment reminders, or ask about deletion where retention is not legally required. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the date shown below. Material changes affecting existing patients will also be explained at your next visit.
